Shiny and golden When I got it, I was completely amazed. It was bigger than I thought, it was shinier, prettier, and it looks really expensive even though it only costs like $25! It looks to me like real gold, even though I doubt it really is real gold. Beautiful but hard to see hands. Shipping was fast and received the pocket watch within a few days. Beautiful to look at but it ends there for me. Being in my sixties I am well versed in the winding of watches. Perhaps it is only this watch that has a problem. I have a hard time seeing the hands since they are black and, with the cutout area of the watch face, that is where most of the minute hand and all of the hour are.
