I bought one years ago that I had to strap to my chest, and it took 5 or 10 minutes to put on, so I love that I can put this on and get my heart rate in seconds. Not a Nike Fuelband, but close I was recently gifted a Nike+ FuelBand and have been using it to track my activities. This Smart Health Digital Pedometer Heart Rate Watch pretty much serves the same functions.
