As I emailed their customer service: ” I received the product quickly and on time. Unfortunately that’s about the only thing that has gone right. When I set it up I’ve had great difficulty getting it to work. First, the lack of detailed instructions is bad. I downloaded the required app on my iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, and iPad.
