Absolutely LOVE this product I work out 4 days a week for at least an hour. I’m very pleased with this watch. I have had other HRM (heart rate monitor’s) before and this is by far the best especially for the price! I am not very techno savvy but once this was set up, it’s pretty easy to use. A great timer and heartrate monitor I do a lot of running, but I also love weightlifting, so I find it’s hard to get a watch that calculates heart rate and calories burned for both of these activities.
