Good fitness tracker My purchase came with a cardiobelt & has been great for accurately tracking calorie burn. I only have mine a short time and am still getting used to all the features. It tracks heart rate fairly accurately but sometimes takes a while to pick it up. The only value that can be reset is the distance. I just got my new watch, took it out of the box, put on the heart rate strap, and started working out. It was pretty easy to figure out how to see my heart rate, and the calories burned. Later, i added my person info (height, weight, sex) to the watch to better calculate my total calorie burn. You are able to rest your workout each time ( i have not figured out how to rest the odometer though).
