After 2 weeks with the Charge HR. update 12/23 I added a video showing the Charge HR being submerged in a glass of water for over 1 minute and still functioning perfectly normal afterwards. So I would say you will be able to do the dishes. I also took a shower right before the video. So shower and dishes seem to be safe, I’ll update further if this changes.
