Hands down, this heart rate monitor is the best bang for the buck — super accurate, simple to use and very well-priced. I’ve been keeping up with optical heart rate monitors for quite some time, and the Scosche Rhythm+ is unique in that (to the best of my knowledge) it is the only heart rate armband that uses a new technology called PerformTek – created by a startup in North Carolina called Valencell.
