Sony Smartwatch Part 2 (3rd edition) I have the previous edition SW1 and I decided to upgrade to this year’s model. Compared to last year’s edition, this is a complete redesign. Sony basically addressed all the complaints from last years model and has taken most of the advantages of the Pebble Smartwatch away. Everything is better including the look, fit, and finish. As Useful as I Hoped – Better than Galaxy Gear I’ve had my SW2 for a few days now and haven’t taken it off (except to sleep). I was looking for a device that would allow me to check texts, calls, emails and other notifications without getting my phone out and the SW2 does the job very nicely.
