Good but with some flaws The adidas micoach system is a great idea And unlike Nike+ you’re able to choose training programs and receive prompts while you train . The problem is there are frequent software and hardware issues. There are frequent issues with syncing and sensing hardware.The latest app has far more features and is well laid out with more options for voice prompting, viewing results, etc. However the syncing and editing process is a bit cumbersome.Overall a good system and the heart…
