Unexpected quality
Good customer service Update: they contacted me and sent us a new watch. We received a refund from Amazon as well as a new watch. My son’s been wearing it for a week or so. So far so good.My son liked the watch and it looked good. But the buckle part fell off within an hour. We found the pin and put it back together, hoping it was a fluke. A few hours later it fell out again and this time we couldn’t find the pin. This was an Easter basket gift, so we were pretty disappointed that it was broken the day…
