Not the greatest product, but excellent customer service. I’m updating this review to give three stars instead of one star because of the excellent customer service that I received after posting my initial review. They immediately shipped me a new one, and it seems to be fine. The original watch literally fell apart after a month. The second hand fell out, the analog hands no longer worked, and the pull-out analog adjustment wouldn’t work. So…as a watch, it’s now 60% useless. The new one seems to be just fine.
