Over the years these work well for me. I buy these watches to wear while working “hands on trades” type jobs. They resist water, dirt, oil or other liquids. Generally the watches hold up a year or 3. The band is what ends up breaking… and the bands are costly enough to just toss the watch and get a new one. Not to mention I could never figure out the right watch band size since taking measurements never yields the measurements on the replacement size charts. Great watch for athletes Something about the display that makes Timex watches stand out (in a positive way). Regardless of what angle I’m using, the watch is easy to read. The numbers are big and easy to read (unlike Casio), except Timex doesn’t offer a solar-powered version of their watches, which is the only reason I use Casio.
