Iâve been using this product for a few days and I really enjoy it. It seems to accurately track my steps as well as my sleep. There are several other functions this tracker has available, but the instructions for those are mainly just pictures so I have not been able to figure those out yet. I absolutely love love love this fitness tracker. It has so many features that are so useful when trying to track your fitness and health. One of my favorite features is the mindfulness helper. It counts and tells you when to inhale, hold and then exhale. I also love the sleep tracker and of course the step counter and heart rate monitor. Another great feature isntye SMS alerts!
