This fitness tracker is very accurate and it does almost everything that a Fitbit. It has a heart rate monitor, breathing exercise, and training information which I have not use; however, it does not send reminders to move but I can live without that feature. The only downfall is I cannot pair it with my online Omada Health program. Its less than a week since I start using this and LOVE IT! For the cost, less than $37.00 you can’t go wrong. I was expecting something like junk but took my chance and for the cost, I like much better than the 3 fitbits I have. You do need to take the face out for charging which I do not like, but so far no re-charge. If you take your time and set it up properly you should not have all the issues people complained about.
