A: Set from your phone, after the app connect to fitness tracker, the time format would change.Q:customer states that the item stop working A:Please charge the fitness tracker, it may out of battery.When the phone out of the bluetooth range,the fitness tracker will not sync with the APP,please reconnect the fitness tracker with the “Veryfit 2.0” APP. Q:It doesn’t charge A:Customer may not charge in correct way, when it charge successfully,it will show the battery volume increasing,the three pin of charger need to connect with fitness tracker back pin. Also the charger may damage on the transportation,in this condition,we are willing to send new charger for free to our customer. Q:Item defective or doesn’t work A:When the buyer receive the fitness tracker, the fitness tracker may out of battery, so please guide the customer to charge it when they get it.And then download the correct “Veryfit 2.0” APP from Google Play Store and Apple Store.The fitness tracker isn’t compatible with “Veryfit for heart rate”and “Veryfit for smart band”,Please ask customer DO NOT download them.

but this thing is awesome! $16 I don’t write reviews often … but this thing is awesome! $16.99?!?! I’ve only had it a couple of days but even if stopped working tomorrow, I think I already got my money’s worth! My daughter was able to synch it to my android phone in less than 5minutes! (I would have done it myself but I couldn’t find a magnifying glass to read the instructions!) it’s comfortable to wear and any time I count my steps … it counts them exactly the same! I bought a no-name $40 tracker a couple of years…
