Careful in water The watch is rated as water resistant. The watch worked well for 5 months but then after a swim in a pool there was water under the face cover. The watch then failed. Opened the watch and dried out and changed batteries out, however watch appeared to have died. Watch was never abused or taken below the surface more than a foot or two. Could be an exception but this watch was certainly not “waterproof”. It is called an “ironman triathlon” and since swimming is involved in this sport, the…
